New President of Harvard Business Services Announced

Three generations of HBSRick Bell, Founder and Chairman of Harvard Business Services, Inc. has announced that his son, Michael Bell will become President of Harvard starting January 1, 2019.

Rick has been the backbone of Harvard for 37 years, working from home in the beginning and growing the company into the premier Delaware Registered Agent. He is excited to have his son Michael build the company from this point on.

“Mike is the perfect person to build the company in the future and he has my full support,” said Rick in his announcement.

Michael, the youngest of Rick’s four children, has always taken an interest in Harvard. As a kid, Michael would stuff envelopes for 10 cents apiece and he worked summers in the sales department during college. After graduating from Lynn University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications, Michael came home to Delaware and over the last 10 years has worked in every Department in the company. For the past 8 years, Mike has managed the marketing department and all aspects of our web marketing campaigns. During that time the sales more than doubled and Harvard now forms 10% of all new Delaware companies. For the past two years, Mike has served as Vice President during the well-planned transition period.

Rick will remain active as Chairman of the Board, overseeing Harvard’s angel investment fund, Early Stage Investors LLC, and managing the company’s blockchain initiative.
