Basic Delaware Mail Forwarding Services:
Our basic mail forwarding services were developed for companies that need a Delaware address, but aren't looking to receive a high volume of mail. It is also designed for companies that want a "safety-net" in case mail is received. Letters are shipped to you the same day or next business day via first class mail, and a record of every letter received is available upon request. Junk mail is always removed. If you accidentally receive junk mail, simply email or call the Mail Center with the details, and we will credit back the forward to your account. A note will then be placed in your company file to reject mail from the particular sender. Reasonable postage is included for the forwarding of business letters only. If a package is received, you will be contacted with options to forward by postal mail or courier at an additional fee. Any unused forward credits will carry over to a renewed Basic service.
Basic 6 Mail Forwarding:
This service is for those companies looking to receive little to no mail, yet require a Delaware address as a form of contact. You will receive six forward credits that can be used for up to one year. The service expires after the six forwards are exhausted or after one year, whichever occurs first. Any unused forward credits will carry over to a renewed Basic service, which must be renewed on or before the renewal date. You may specify if you would like the mail scanned to your email instead of mailed. In this case we will scan any regular mail to your email, but if a certificate, check payment, or original document is received, we will mail it to you.
Basic 15 Mail Forwarding:
This service works the same as the Basic 6 with extra forward credits. You get 15 forward credits that can be used for up to one year. The service expires after the 15 forwards are exhausted or after one year, whichever occurs first. Any unused forward credits will carry over to a renewed Basic service, which must be renewed on or before the renewal date. You may specify if you would like the mail scanned to your email instead of mailed. In this case, we will scan any regular mail to your email, but if a certificate, check payment or original document is received, we will mail it to you.
Premium Delaware Mail Forwarding:
These services were developed for companies that expect to receive higher volumes of mail regularly. All incoming business mail is collected, placed into a single envelope, and forwarded at the end of the business week. You have the option to adjust the timing of shipping. It can be sent once a week, every other week, once a month, etc. A record is kept of any letter received by courier, certified mail, registered mail, or anything that has a tracking number. Reasonable postage is included for the forwarding of business letters only. If a package is received, you will be contacted with options to forward by postal mail or courier at an additional fee.
Premium Mail Forwarding Service:
This service is based on an annual fee that includes weekly forwarding of business letters for one year by first-class mail. For domestic clients, approximate transit time is one to five business days. For international clients, approximate transit time is five to 10 business days. Reasonable postage is included that covers approximately five to 15 business letters forwarded weekly.
Premium Plus Priority Mail Forwarding Service:
This is the perfect solution for companies that receive very high volumes of mail. A United States Postal Service Priority Flat-Rate envelope is used to forward your mail weekly. The envelope is 9.5 inches by 12.5 inches and "whatever fits, ships" as the post office says. We have been able to fit 60+ standard letters into these envelopes. As an added benefit, Priority shipping will get the mail to you within one to three business days and includes tracking. Postage is included in the annual fee.

FAA Mail Forwarding Service:
This is an exclusive service for airplane owners that need a Delaware street address for their aircraft registration with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Only mail from the FAA is processed and forwarded through this service. We will forward all FAA mail, including registrations, airworthiness directives, etc. An annual fee is charged with reasonable postage included. If your company needs to receive other mail in addition to FAA, then a Premium or Basic service would be more suitable.
Courier Mail Forwarding Service:
Some of our clients expressed the desire to have their mail shipped by UPS or FedEx using their own account number. Thus, the Courier Mail Forwarding Service was created. Simply provide us with your shipping labels, filled out with the address you need your mail sent to (including your account number to cover the shipping cost). Typically, shipments are sent once at the end of the week, although you may adjust it to every other week, once a month, etc. We will order the envelopes or boxes needed based on your volume of mail.
