Our 2021 "Thank You" to Our Clients
After 40 years and almost 300,000 Delaware companies formed, Harvard Business Services has a lot to be thankful for this year. But our biggest debt of gratitude goes to our clients who entrusted us to form their Delaware entity and serve as their Delaware Registered Agent since 1981.
As we begin to reflect on 2021, Harvard Business Services has had a record-breaking year in new company formations. For more than ten months straight, Harvard Business Services has formed more than 2,000 new companies a month! We continue to be the leader in Delaware business formations among our competitors and continue to offer the lowest Registered Agent fee in the industry.
Harvard continues to grow and is looking forward to the future. Our client’s feedback is pivotal to continuing to provide the best service possible. Our TrustPilot has more than 3,300 reviews and continues to grow.
