What we are offering:

How it works:
The program is free and easy to join!
- Sign-up for the program by filling out the information below or by calling 1-800-345-2677.
- We will then assign you a unique code that will give anyone that you would like to refer the discount.
- The person you referred will use your unique code as their discount code at the time of placing the order. This will allow us to apply their $10.00 discount and track your referral for payment purposes.
- If you have a US address you will receive your referral commission monthly by check. If you do not have a US address, you will receive your referral commission monthly by PayPal.
