The Certificate of Good Standing, also known as a Certificate of Existence, is a letter provided by the Delaware Secretary of State Office declaring the company is current with all franchise taxes, filings, and registered agent services.
Good Standing Certificates can be issued ONLY for companies in Good Standing. If you owe Delaware Franchise Taxes or Registered Agent fees they must be paid in full before we can order your Good Standing Certificate.
