How to Sign-Up for a MyControlDesk Account

You asked. We listened. You can now manage your company online on our newest platform: MyControlDesk (MCD). Once you form your company with Harvard Business Services and we become your Delaware Registered Agent, you can control all aspects of your company right from your own personalized MCD account on your smart phone, tablet or desktop computer 24-7. Registration is easy and will only take a few minutes to get you set up and ready to use. This upgrade if free to all Harvard clients.

MCD allows users to manage their Harvard Business Services account, contact information, form new corporations or LLCs, manage existing companies, pay annual franchise taxes, and pay annual registered agent fees all in one portal. There are currently over 40,000 Harvard Business Services clients using MCD and you can request access to make a free client account now. Once we receive the email for the request to create an account, our IT team will send you an invitation to create a user profile. Once we confirm and populate the information in the account, you will be all set to use all the great features MCD offers clients.

In addition to the services listed above, Harvard’s clients can also now request a Certificate of Good Standing and apply for a new Employer Identification Number (EIN) right through the MCD portal. This helps streamline the process and gets orders and forms back to clients in a fast and efficient manner. While the EIN process can take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days after submitting the application to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), a Certificate of Good Standing can now be delivered by email within the same business day if ordered by 1:00 p.m. EST. Orders for a Certificate of Good Standing ordered after 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed on the following business day and emailed to the requestor by the end of that business day.

This system was designed to make our clients lives easier in managing their companies. The system is straightforward and easy to use. Multiple companies? No problem! They will all be individually listed and ready to access. MCD also offers a “Pay in Bulk” feature for annual franchise taxes and registered agent fees. MCD is both encrypted and secure to protect client confidentiality. Our in-house IT team manages the system and regularly updates and audits its performance and security measures. From payment processing to your company contacts, MCD is fully encrypted and will keep your information secure in Harvard’s internal servers.
