Richard H. Bell, II, Chairman
Rick formed Harvard Business Services, Inc. on March 3, 1981 and has led the company from a bootstrapped start-up to the recognized leader in the industry. Rick studied at TASIS (The American School in Switzerland, Ohio Wesleyan University and the University of California(Berkeley), but never got a degree.
In 1969, he quit college and went to work for Rolling Stone magazine in its infancy and became their first National Circulation Director. Later Rick formed several publishing companies and eventually became a consultant to nontraditional publishers. He moved from California to Wilmington, Delaware in 1980 to become Business Manager of The Company Corporation, a do-it-your self incorporation service. Rick has also served Delaware as a member of the Governor´s High Tech Task force, the Governor´s International Marketing Committee and as an elected official (Recorder of Deeds).
In 2000, he ran unsuccessfully for Lt. Governor of Delaware. Rick is A Trustee of Franklin College in Lugano, Switzerland.

Amy has been a member of the Harvard Business Services team since 1998. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware in 1996, followed by two-years in an accounting position with another firm.
Amy began her career at Harvard Business Services as a Franchise Tax Specialist, one of the core service functions in assisting tens of thousands of clients worldwide in the filing of annual franchise tax reports.
In 2001, her role at Harvard Business Service grew to include the position of Office Manager, managing and training a staff that has grown to more than 20 team members.
Amy’s capabilities and performance led next to her appointment in 2006 to her current title as Director of Business Filings. She orchestrates and oversees the broad array
of processes that comprise the formation and maintenance of Delaware companies, encompassing many hundreds of filings each month.
Amy plays a key role in the reputation Harvard Business Service enjoys for industry-leading speed in the same-day filing of companies. She attends regular user meetings at the
Delaware Division of Corporations and meets regularly with the Secretary of State’s office to stay ahead of new developments.

Laurie was born and raised in Delaware. After completing several college courses in accounting and management, Laurie became a retail bookkeeper for her family's business. Later, she spent over six years in the banking industry handling accounting matters for two area banks. Since joining Harvard in 2002, Laurie has been using her accounting skills to handle all accounts payable and receivable issues.

A graduate of Cape Henlopen High School in Lewes, Delaware, Brett’s career at Harvard Business Services started where many well-known success stories down through the years have originated: the mail room. Brett excelled at managing and organizing what is a very mail-intensive business, receiving and routing many thousands of pieces of mail in a timely manner, not just for Harvard Business Services but important documents on behalf of clients.
Once Brett had the opportunity to interact personally with those clients, however, another talent came to the fore. With a natural feel for the issues and concerns clients face, Brett created sales opportunities across a whole new spectrum of business owners.
Since then Brett’s knowledge of Delaware business entities has become encyclopedic. In addition to managing and training other members of the company’s sales staff, he is able to help customers reach informed decisions across a range of business and professional fields, including accountants, attorneys, Tenant-in-Common groups, consultants, tradespeople, and those in the transportation industries. Due in part to Brett’s positive relationships with customers, a significant number of them come to Harvard Business Services as repeat customers or refer friends, family members, and colleagues.

After graduating with Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management, Aliaksandra joined HBS team in August 2007 as an assistant programmer knowing little about incorporation business. However, through extensive work and dedication, she learned the ropes pretty quick and started developing the sections of our web site as need arose.
Also, her having background in International Economic Relations added value to the company not only on technological, but also on business level and helped create basic customer-friendly interface.
Now working as a main programmer and further developing and maintaining the company's web site, Aliaksandra facilitates and helps improve and streamline business processes greatly.
